What are my payment options and installment rules?

We offer total financial flexibility to fit your reality. You can choose to pay upfront in full or split the costs into installments before your trip. All installment plans require a 10% down payment of the total trip value, and the number of installments depends on how far in advance you book:
- 4 to 5 months before departure: Up to 2 installments (plus 10% down payment).
- 6 to 8 months before departure: Up to 4 installments (plus 10% down payment).
- 8 to 11 months before departure: Up to 5 installments (plus 10% down payment).
- 12months (1 year) or more before departure: Up to 6 installments (plus 10% down payment).
We adapt to the payment method that best secures your financial peace of mind.

I want to travel solo but I am afraid. How does the "Solo-in-a-Group" option work?

It is the perfect balance: you get solo freedom with community energy. Our exclusive groups are kept small, with a maximum of 14 people, to ensure true connection. To curate the perfect vibe, we group travelers by lifestyle and age brackets (30-40, 40-50, and 50-60 years old). Because of this, completing our onboarding questionnaire accurately is fundamental to achieving high group compatibility.

Please note that group trips require a minimum of 3 participants to standardly proceed. If a group only reaches 1 or 2 travelers, we will email you to ask if you wish to continue; if you do, we will still arrange local, on-site connections at your destination so you can experience new friendships and cultural immersion naturally.
